Returns and refunds

You can return unused, unwashed items within 30 days after receiving your order. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please email us with your order number first. Read our Return & Refund Policy for all details.

Warranty policy

Did you receive a faulty or incorrect item? Please take a photo of the item and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide an appropriate solution.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days. Belgium and Germany: 2 to 4 business days. Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days. Outside the EU: 5 to 12 business days. Has your order not arrived on time? Please contact us.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide with PostNL. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Shipping is free in the EU on orders over €100.
