Oeko-Tex is an independent certification. It means our fabrics are tested and approved as free from harmful substances, so they are safe for your skin.

Our products are made in Turkey by our manufacturing partners. Every fabric is Oeko-Tex certified.

A hammam towel is a thin, flat-woven cotton towel. It is light, dries quickly and is easy to take with you, which makes it ideal for the sauna, the hammam, the beach and travel.

An Aufguss towel is used during a sauna infusion. The sauna master swings it to spread the hot air and scent through the cabin.

We ship with PostNL and send orders placed before 17:00 CET on business days the same day.
Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.
Belgium and Germany: 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days.
Outside the EU: 5 to 12 business days.

Shipping is free in the EU on orders over €100. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

You receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking email as soon as it ships. Use the tracking link to follow your parcel.

Yes. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the customer.

Please email contact@towellwebshop.nl within 7 days if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive in the expected timeframe. We will help you right away.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it, no reason needed. Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Email contact@towellwebshop.nl with your order number and the items you want to return. Pack them securely and send them back with a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Follow the Care Guide on the product page. Wash your towel before first use and wash it separately from other colours.

Avoid fabric softener, as it coats the cotton fibres and reduces absorbency. Let your towel dry fully between uses.
