We hope you love your Towell Webshop purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your decision to return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the nature and characteristics of the product.

Ship the parcel using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Towell Webshop is not responsible for lost return shipments. We strongly recommend using a track & trace service.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return conditions.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
