Shipping Policy
Towell Webshop works with PostNL to deliver your order quickly and securely. Costs and delivery times depend on your destination.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped with PostNL. Once your order ships, you receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can follow your parcel. You can also enter the code on our Track my order page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in the EU on orders over €100. For other orders the shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the destination country and package weight. You always see the final cost before you pay.
Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 (CET), during weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination and on customs processing. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Towell Webshop is not responsible for customs delays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services or peak periods.
Missing, Damaged or Not Received
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days at contact@towellwebshop.nl, with your order number and photos if applicable. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with your neighbours and let us know.
Order Changes & Address
To change your shipping address or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect address was provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
