SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Towell Webshop ships internationally using PostNL as our shipping partner.

All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 (CET), during weekends or on public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The exact shipping fee depends on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

Towell Webshop does not currently offer free shipping.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 2–6 business days

  • International (outside EU): 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services or peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Towell Webshop is not responsible for customs delays.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days.
