Article 1: Applicability

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through www.towellwebshop.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Article 3: Agreement, Price & Payment

The agreement is concluded once:

  • You place an order through the website; and

  • Full payment has been successfully completed.

Towell Webshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The information provided is incorrect or incomplete

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Payment is not successfully processed

  • The delivery address is in a country where we do not ship

All prices displayed include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 4: Delivery

Towell Webshop ships internationally via PostNL.

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier, customs or peak periods.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery at the specified address.

Article 5: Sale & Promotions

Products purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes remain subject to the same return rights as regular purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery times during sale periods may be slightly extended.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Article 6: Product Information & Lifetime

We strive to present products as accurately as possible.

Product lifetime depends on proper use and care. Customers are responsible for following washing and care instructions.

Normal wear and tear does not constitute a defect.

Article 7: Colors & Display

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.

However, colors may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.

Article 8: Cooling-off Period & Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at contact@towellwebshop.nl.

After notification, the items must be returned within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging with tags attached

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

We handle personal data with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Article 10: Intellectual Property & Site Content

All content on this website, including images, branding, product designs and text, is the property of Towell Webshop.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Article 11: Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact us via contact@towellwebshop.nl.

We aim to respond within 14 days.

EU consumers may also submit disputes via the Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Article 12: Applicable Law & Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law states otherwise.

Article 13: Changes to the Terms

Towell Webshop may update these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect once published on our website.

Article 14: Disclaimers

The website and its contents are provided “as is”.

Towell Webshop is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Temporary website unavailability

  • Technical errors

  • Typographical mistakes

We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

Article 15: Force Majeure

Towell Webshop is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government measures

  • Transport disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Supply chain interruptions

If performance becomes permanently impossible, the agreement may be terminated without liability for damages.

Article 16: Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
